WHAT WILL MY FIRST SESSION BE LIKE?
First up you'll need to fill out some exciting paperwork including a health history form, and we'll have a conversation about what's going on in your body and if there are any contraindications that may prevent me from treating you (i.e. fever, recent operations etc). I work out of a small home based clinic, so I’ll step outside while you undress to your level of comfort and get cosy on the table.
I'M NERVOUS ABOUT ____ DURING MY MASSAGE!
I will respect you. Massage is for everybody, and every body. That includes people of all colours, sizes, shapes and identities. Some of us have damaged relationships with our bodies, but know that I will always respect you and your body. I pride myself in helping you feel respected and nurtured on every level during your treatments. Massage also relaxes your entire body so if you are worried about being a Gassy Lassy, a Burpy Billy or a Snory Susan, do not be. All of the above is expected and welcome on any massage table in the world. Relax, let go and be free!
HOW DO I PAY YOU?
Payment is accepted by credit card, cash and occasionally by chocolate.
CANCELLING? RESCHEDULING? RUNNING LATE?
You may cancel or reschedule without penalty any time up to 24 hours before the start of your appointment. If you give less than 24 hours notice of cancellation, you will be charged the full amount of your cancelled appointment. If you are being charged a cancellation fee, you will be sent an invoice with payment instructions. No further appointments can be booked until the cancellation fee has been paid. If you are running late or are not ready on time to start your massage, your session time will be shortened accordingly so as to not affect clients who have appointments booked after you.
